Meet The Team
Rich has over 30 years of experience in valuing machinery & equipment and commercial real estate. He has assisted his clients in purchasing, selling, and financing business and commercial real estate. Rich is a Certified General Appraiser, licensed broker, and has earned the designations of Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser from NEBB Institute and Expert Certified Equipment Appraiser from the Institute of Equipment and Valuation. He is also a member of multiple national professional organizations in business brokerage, appraisal and realty.
Debra has over 20 years industry experience and has been awarded the EECA (Expert Equipment Certified Appraiser) from the Institute of Equipment Valuation and the MCMEA designation (Master Certified Machinery/Equipment Appraiser) by NEBB Institute. In addition to appraisal experience she has provided education, training, servicing and support to Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraisers through the Institute of Equipment Valuation and the NEBB Institute.
Emily Fisher has been a team member for over 10 years, assisting in all aspects of valuation assignments, field visits, and company administration. She has earned designations as a certified machinery & equipment appraiser, licensed real estate appraiser and real estate salesperson.
